Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply to the HoneyTabs mobile app and honeytabs.com, operated by HoneyTabs, PO Box 104, McAlester, OK 74502. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use HoneyTabs for an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age where you live, to use HoneyTabs.
- Give accurate sign-up information and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Organization owners and admins decide who joins their team and what each person can see.
Your content
Everything your team puts into HoneyTabs, including events, contacts, tasks, files and photos, stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it only as needed to run the app for you and your team. You're responsible for having the right to add the information you add, including other people's contact details.
Using HoneyTabs fairly
Please don't use HoneyTabs to:
- break the law or anyone else's rights;
- send spam or unwanted bulk email, including through a connected Gmail account;
- upload malware or anything harmful;
- try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or disrupt the service.
Google features
If you connect a Google account, HoneyTabs sends email you write from your Gmail and manages the calendar events it creates for you. You're responsible for the email you send. Your use of Google services is also covered by Google's own terms. You can disconnect at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The service
We're always working to make HoneyTabs better, so features may change over time. We'll try to give notice before big changes that affect how you use the app. If we ever add paid features, we'll tell you clearly first, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Ending your use
You can stop using HoneyTabs and delete your account any time in the app under More → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. When possible, we'll tell you first.
Disclaimers and limits
HoneyTabs is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available, so keep your own copies of anything critical. To the fullest extent the law allows, HoneyTabs isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email, and the date at the top will change.
